<p>Rinabi Tanamal started his career as a lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since July 2007. He completed his Bachelor Degree Major in International Business and Trade and second Major in Information Technology for Business at UTS Sydney and Master of Advanced Information System Management Degree at UNSW Sydney. During his Career at Universitas Ciputra, he was entrusted on Enrollment Procedural team, Human Resource team, Quality Assurance, Internship Programs, and Internal Auditor. He teaches Entrepreneurship courses in multidisciplinary classes and several other courses such as ERP, Information Systems Concept, and Supply Chain Management. His research focuses are in the implementation of business process in Small Medium Size Companies, Analyse TAM areas, Decision Support Systems.</p>

Rinabi Tanamal is a senior academic and Associate Professor at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, where he has been a faculty member since July 2007. He holds a dual Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade, and Information Technology for Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS Sydney), alongside a Master of Advanced Information System Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney).
 
Throughout his tenure at Universitas Ciputra, Tanamal has held numerous key institutional roles, contributing to the Enrollment Procedural team, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Internship Programs, and Internal Audit. In recognition of his long-standing excellence in teaching and institutional service, he was awarded the Best Lecturer Award for a Decade.
 
Tanamal teaches multidisciplinary courses in entrepreneurship, as well as specialized modules in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Information Systems Concepts, and Supply Chain Management. His primary research interests lie in the implementation of business processes within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis, and Decision Support Systems (DSS).
