As an Professor at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya with over 17 years of experience in research and teaching, I am dedicated to fostering academic excellence and innovation. My enthusiasm, empathy, and effective communication skills enable me to engage with students and colleagues alike. I approach my work with compassion and sincerity, striving to make a positive impact in every aspect of my academic endeavors. Building meaningful relationships is fundamental to my approach, and I am committed to contributing my best to the academic community and beyond. My goal is simple: to continuously strive for excellence and meaningful contributions in all that I do. Since 2008, I have served as a lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. In 2011, I was appointed as the Vice Head for the Business Information Program, and in 2015, I was promoted to Head of the Management Information Program. From 2017 onwards, I have been serving as the Chair of the Information Systems School. During the period from 2014 to 2024, I have successfully managed numerous research grants from the Indonesian government, totaling over 900 million IDR in value. Additionally, I have authored publications in several internationally renowned journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. I hold a Ph.D. from Binus University's Doctor of Computer Science Program, graduating with the highest honors. My expertise lies in Web Programming, System Administration, and Data Analytics. My research interests include Data Science, Big Data Analytics, and the Impact of Technology.
